Takes Unbuffered-ECC & Registered modules. The two types cannot be mixed. 144GB (18x 8GB) achieved using registered modules only (will run at only 800MHz when fully populated per rule). 24GB (12x 2GB) maximum when using Unbuffered-ECC modules (will run at 1066MHz when fully populated per rule).
